Manage and optimize e-commerce product content, including creation, maintenance, search optimization, metadata, and product presentation. Coordinate content workflows, collaborate with Marketing and Product teams, monitor analytics and sales performance, and maintain content accuracy, relevance, quality, and brand compliance. The role requires strong writing, organization, analytical thinking, Excel, database, CMS, and e-commerce platform skills in a hybrid work environment.

Performs QuickBooks Online setup and cleanup, chart of accounts management, balance sheet reconciliations, asset and liability setup, transaction troubleshooting, financial reporting, software integrations, and construction accounting. Communicates with clients to resolve discrepancies, supports reporting needs, and improves bookkeeping processes. Requires advanced QBO expertise, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail. Zoho and JobTread experience is preferred.

Provides internal technical support for employees by resolving hardware, software, network, account, and connectivity issues. Configures and maintains computers, mobile devices, printers, operating systems, and business applications. Manages user access and onboarding, tracks IT assets and licenses, documents solutions, coordinates escalations with vendors, and promotes basic security awareness. Requires at least three years of IT support experience and familiarity with Windows or macOS, business software, and fundamental networking.
