Supports C-level executives and organizational operations while managing AP, AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounting close activities. Maintains ERP, CRM, and accounting data, creates SOPs, improves workflows, supports system implementations, and identifies automation opportunities. Collaborates with finance, operations, sales, customer service, and external accounting partners while safeguarding confidential information.

Supports the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, phone interviews, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer management, onboarding support, ATS tracking, database updates, and candidate communication. The role also develops talent pipelines, follows up on assessments and referrals, and represents the organization at recruitment events. This is a temporary six-month position.

Provides Level I IT support for head office and retail store users through JIRA Service Desk. Resolves hardware, software, POS, mobile device, network, and system incidents within service-level agreements. Troubleshoots issues, documents solutions, escalates complex incidents, supports self-service and automation, and collaborates with cybersecurity teams on risks. Delivers customer-focused assistance through phone, chat, and email in English, French, and Spanish.
