Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and staff to increase referrals to USDH GI services. Educate providers on colorectal screening, troubleshoot care coordination, conduct visits and service recovery, track market changes, and support outreach events and educational activities. Position requires extensive travel within PA/DE and collaboration with practice managers and clinical staff.

Provides direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after procedures in an ambulatory surgery or endoscopy setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, vital-sign monitoring, procedure-room preparation, infection control, instrument sterilization, care coordination, and emergency preparedness. The RN also delegates tasks, collaborates with physicians and staff, and supports quality improvement activities. This is a per diem, weekday position with travel dependent on location.

Oversee daily operations of a medical office: supervise and train staff, manage schedules, coordinate with physicians and practice leadership, support EMR/practice management systems, ensure compliance with policies, handle administrative tasks, patient communication, and participate in performance improvement and local marketing efforts.

Manage complex appeals and payor projects, monitor rejected/denied claims, resolve root causes, coordinate with billing vendors, maintain RCM documentation, train vendors, and support staff with claim-related questions.

Coordinate Open Access referrals and recall lists to help patients schedule appointments. Contact patients via calls, texts, MyLGHealth messages, and letters; manage medical screening forms and monitor incoming team messages.

Coordinate insurance referrals, enter and scan referral data into Allscripts EMR, contact PCPs and patients to schedule visits/procedures, manage messaging via Artera, document patient status, handle mail/fax, and perform related administrative tasks timely and accurately.

Provide direct pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care in an ambulatory setting; prepare rooms and equipment; monitor vitals; administer medications per orders; assist physicians; ensure infection control and sterilization; supervise LPNs and non-licensed staff; participate in quality, safety, and emergency preparedness activities.

Prepare and process tissue specimens using routine and complex histologic techniques (IHC, ISH, immunofluorescence). Gross and embed tissue, section and stain slides, perform high-complexity testing, maintain equipment and documentation, participate in quality assurance, manage inventory, and communicate issues to lead/supervisor.
