Prepare and process tissue specimens using routine and complex histologic techniques (IHC, ISH, immunofluorescence). Gross and embed tissue, section and stain slides, perform high-complexity testing, maintain equipment and documentation, participate in quality assurance, manage inventory, and communicate issues to lead/supervisor.

Obtain insurance prior authorizations for prescribed medications by verifying patient insurance, researching clinical records, contacting carriers, communicating approvals/denials to patients and physicians, handling related calls/emails, and coordinating with drug companies and patient assistance programs.

Coordinate Open Access referrals and recall lists to help patients schedule appointments. Contact patients via phone, text, MyLGHealth messages, and letters; monitor and distribute screening forms and incoming team messages.

Supports clinical research by recruiting subjects, collecting/processing specimens, entering and verifying study data, maintaining regulatory and temperature logs, scheduling visits, performing phlebotomy and Fibroscans (after training), and assisting coordinators with source documents and general office tasks.

Manage daily operations of an ambulatory surgery center: direct patient care, supervise and schedule nursing staff, conduct orientations and evaluations, oversee quality improvement, safety, infection control, compliance, equipment and budgeting, support credentialing and regulatory readiness, and coordinate staff education and policies.

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and staff to increase referrals to USDH GI services. Educate providers on colorectal screening, troubleshoot care coordination, conduct visits and service recovery, track market changes, and support outreach events and educational activities. Position requires extensive travel within PA/DE and collaboration with practice managers and clinical staff.

Contact patients via calls, texts, MyLGHealth messages, and letters; monitor and distribute team messages and medical screening forms; provide excellent customer service while working on-site in East Norriton, Monday–Friday.

Provide direct peri-procedural nursing care in an ambulatory endoscopy setting: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor vitals; administer medications; assist procedures; ensure infection control and equipment readiness; collaborate with physicians and staff; participate in quality and emergency preparedness activities.

Prepare and reconcile account balances and general ledger; support monthly close and consolidation; handle reconciliations and discrepancy research; assist auditors for 401k and financial audits; improve accounting processes; support ad hoc projects and serve as backup to accounting team.
