Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and staff to increase referrals to USDH GI services. Educate providers on colorectal screening, troubleshoot care coordination, conduct visits and service recovery, track market changes, and support outreach events and educational activities. Position requires extensive travel within PA/DE and collaboration with practice managers and clinical staff.

Provides biologic medication infusions and injections, accurately prepares and administers medications, documents patient care in the EMR, manages supplies and equipment, procures drug inventory, and completes administrative paperwork. The part-time role requires an active nursing license, at least two years of IV skilled nursing experience, IV infusion experience, and strong patient-care, communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Manages daily operations and nursing care in a gastroenterology ambulatory surgery center. Supervises, schedules, trains, and evaluates nursing staff; oversees quality improvement, infection control, safety, emergency preparedness, compliance, equipment, and regulatory readiness. Collaborates with physicians and leadership, supports policy and budget development, coordinates continuing education, and participates in inspections and credentialing activities.
