The Senior Accountant will support general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, financial close processes, acquisition and fixed-asset accounting, lease accounting, variance analysis, audits, and financial reporting. It requires strong analytical, organizational, Excel, and problem-solving skills, with in-office work in the Chicago area.

It is a partner-track position based in Chicago or Dallas.

The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, U.S. GAAP compliance, budgeting support, and M&A accounting integration. The role will improve accounting processes, controls, and Sage Intacct usage while partnering with operations and finance leaders. Initially an individual contributor, the position will provide mentorship and eventually assume formal people-management responsibilities as the accounting organization grows.
