The Business Development Associate generates leads, builds a pipeline for partnerships, manages prospects, and assists in marketing campaigns within a fast-paced environment.

Supports finance, accounting, and operations teams through financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, dashboard creation, and variance analysis. The role prepares reporting packages, analyzes patient visits and production trends, supports annual planning, develops operational presentations, and completes ad hoc finance and corporate initiatives. It collaborates with senior management, investment teams, and practice leaders in a fast-growing physical therapy organization.

Manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations across multiple locations, including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and multi-state payroll processing. Partner with leadership and finance to resolve payroll discrepancies and improve HR systems and processes.

Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local SEO across multiple locations. Perform keyword research, create location pages and local content, update websites and landing pages in WordPress, monitor technical SEO and site health, track performance with analytics tools, and implement citation and reputation management strategies.

Support evaluation and execution of acquisitions: analyze targets, perform due diligence and valuation, prepare investment review packages, draft LOIs and purchase agreements with senior management, manage third-party diligence, and support high-volume deal closing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial private equity environment.

Manage bi-weekly payroll (Paylocity) for hourly, salaried, and 1099 staff; audit timecards and PTO; act as Paylocity/HRIS SME; ensure wage-hour compliance and tax/W-2 processing; produce payroll and labor reports; administer benefits enrollment and reconciliation; support audits, train managers, and drive payroll process improvements.

Lead design, development and deployment of AI-driven capabilities for TDP and its portfolio. Identify high-impact AI use cases, translate business challenges into technical roadmaps, architect scalable cloud and data platforms, oversee end-to-end delivery, manage vendors and cross-functional teams, and advise executives on AI transformation and reusable platform development.
