Generate and qualify acquisition leads through cold and warm outreach, research prospective companies, build and maintain a pipeline, and support leads through the deal cycle. The role also includes CRM database management, marketing campaign assistance, travel planning, and administrative support. Success requires strong communication, relationship-building, organization, sales discipline, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Accountant will support general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, financial close processes, acquisition and fixed-asset accounting, lease accounting, variance analysis, audits, and financial reporting. The role oversees transaction processing, supports integration of new locations, ensures GAAP compliance, and identifies process improvements. It requires strong analytical, organizational, Excel, and problem-solving skills, with in-office work in the Chicago area.
