Oversee operations across multiple affiliated dental practices, including staffing, budgets, P&L performance, reporting, expense management, process implementation, practice integration, and team development. Support dentists and practice managers, resolve operational issues, improve efficiency and growth, monitor performance trends, train teams, and maintain alignment with company policies and objectives. The role requires extensive field travel throughout the Great Lakes Region.

Evaluates acquisition opportunities and supports end-to-end M&A execution, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, investment review materials, proposal development, and transaction documentation. The role coordinates third parties, supports senior management and board presentations, and manages multiple projects in a fast-paced private equity-backed healthcare environment.

The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, U.S. GAAP compliance, budgeting support, and M&A accounting integration. The role will improve accounting processes, controls, and Sage Intacct usage while partnering with operations and finance leaders. Initially an individual contributor, the position will provide mentorship and eventually assume formal people-management responsibilities as the accounting organization grows.
