Partner with the Managing Director to support portfolio company initiatives, CEO/Board projects, operational improvements, process standardization, market research, and firm-wide data/analytics to drive performance and support investment theses.

Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local SEO across multiple locations. Perform keyword research, create location pages and local content, update websites and landing pages in WordPress, monitor technical SEO and site health, track performance with analytics tools, and implement citation and reputation management strategies.

Greet visitors, manage the front desk, answer and screen multi-line calls, handle mail and deliveries, set up meeting rooms, maintain office supplies and equipment, perform light lifting and opening/closing tasks, and support ad hoc administrative projects during a morning shift.
