Manage and optimise workplace technologies for Windows and macOS across multiple sites: Microsoft 365 administration, Intune device lifecycle, identity and access controls, automation of onboarding/offboarding, escalate complex incidents, contribute to projects, rollouts and service improvements while ensuring secure automation and endpoint security practices.

Provide first-line workplace technology support across Windows and macOS, manage onboarding and support tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/access issues, maintain workflows and automation, and proactively improve user experience for a global team.

Lead high-profile global sponsorship sales for premium rights holders: source and qualify sponsors, secure meetings, build relationships with senior brand decision-makers, run competitive processes, negotiate and close sizeable deals across markets and time zones.

Manage HRIS data and reporting, run onboarding/offboarding and benefits administration, ensure policy compliance, support global HR projects, collaborate with Talent, Performance and Events teams to improve employee experience and learning initiatives across North America.
