Support external and internal communications, schedule and post social content, compile media coverage and simple performance reports, assist PR and client announcement promotion, provide administrative and research support for Brand Operations and North America teams, and help with campaign and event coordination.

Design, build, and test scalable web applications and APIs in modern .NET environments. Develop clean C# code and frontend experiences using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript. Support framework interoperability and migration, follow coding standards, use CI/CD pipelines, and communicate blockers and timelines clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.

Lead quality engineering across cross-functional product teams, embedding quality throughout development and providing hands-on testing and feedback. Responsibilities include applying testing techniques and heuristics, identifying and resolving risks, supporting test automation, and improving quality processes. The role requires collaboration with software engineers, product managers, and delivery teams, with hybrid office attendance and occasional travel.
