Leads strategic People initiatives spanning performance planning, engagement, career pathways, competency frameworks, manager training, analytics, and organizational development. Designs scalable people programs, drives cross-functional transformation, improves employee lifecycle processes, and translates workforce insights into practical recommendations. Partners with People, Talent, and Delivery Operations teams while supporting culture, recognition, communications, and senior-leader engagement.

Analyzes fan, ticketing, and commercial data for sports organizations; develops client reports; supports data-driven marketing campaigns; collaborates with clients and internal teams; and researches market and competitor trends to generate actionable commercial and fan-engagement insights.

Lead client relationships and own end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service solutions. Design scalable architectures, integrations, configurations, customizations, and Power Platform solutions. Lead audits, requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, UAT, training, and technical demonstrations. Advise executive stakeholders, ensure delivery best practices, and mentor junior Dynamics consultants across complex client engagements.
