Design, build, and optimize scalable data lakehouse solutions on Azure using Python, PySpark, ADF, Databricks, and Function Apps. Develop reliable data pipelines and products, collaborate with product and marketing teams, follow coding standards and CI/CD practices, and continuously improve data workflows and performance.

Manage day-to-day operations of the London office, including facilities, vendor relationships, onboarding, visitor hosting, events, and administrative support. Drive culture and engagement initiatives, coordinate meetings, travel and expenses, and support EA-led projects to ensure a seamless, professional workplace experience.

Support end-to-end payroll processing across UK, EMEA, and APAC by working with payroll vendors, managing payroll tasks (reports, queries, benefits/deductions), supporting audits and year-end, and liaising with HR and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations and process improvements.
