Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Group Regional Manager including diary and email management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, management reporting, event and VIP visit planning, minute-taking and action tracking, expense processing, and cross-department liaison to ensure business continuity and follow-through.

Support technical delivery across polymers, coatings and composites through planning and conducting experiments, materials testing and characterisation, failure assessment, project management, client-facing work, report and proposal preparation, and contributing to business development and continuous improvement.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Welding Inspection department including document control, scheduling, meeting minutes and action tracking, resource and logistics coordination (room bookings, instructors, travel), cross-department collaboration, risk/gap identification and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Manage end-to-end administration of candidate enrolment, training, examinations and certification. Serve as primary contact for candidates, partners and invigilators; verify eligibility, schedule exams, maintain confidential records, notify results, issue certificates, generate audit reports, and support regulatory reviews and logistics coordination.

Provide friendly front-of-house hospitality at the Granta Restaurant: prepare hot and cold beverages, serve food at the counter, clean after service, support meeting-room hospitality and perform occasional kitchen duties to ensure a welcoming, consistent guest experience.
