Lead development and industrial deployment of laser additive manufacturing processes (L-DED, EHLA, laser cladding). Design and run experiments, analyse data, translate customer requirements into engineering solutions, lead technical work packages, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and deliver customer-facing projects on time to high technical standards.

Lead and deliver advanced NDT projects including in‑house and customer work, develop and validate inspection techniques and procedures, author and review technical documentation, mentor junior staff, support business development, and ensure safety, quality, time and cost targets are met across laboratory, desk-based and on-site activities.
