Supports HR operations across corporate and hotel locations, including onboarding, HRIS transactions, workforce records, communications, timekeeping, payroll coordination, leaves, workers’ compensation, safety compliance, recruiting administration, vendors, and office operations. Maintains accurate, audit-ready documentation, coordinates associate experiences and events, responds to employee requests, tracks risks and deadlines, and supports HR systems and compliance activities.

Requires hotel maintenance experience, leadership, communication, budgeting, technical knowledge, and flexibility for nights and weekends.

Supports business intelligence reporting, enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, user requests, documentation, process mapping, workflow automation, testing, and project coordination. The intern validates dashboard and report data, documents metrics and systems, creates user guides and training materials, assists with access and equipment processes, and escalates security or operational risks. The role provides hands-on experience supporting technology and analytics across a corporate office and hotel portfolio.

Leads the pre-opening hotel sales strategy, business development, revenue generation, market-share growth, forecasting, and client relationship management. Develops sales plans, closes corporate and group business, analyzes STR and hotel performance metrics, manages RFPs and contracts, and partners with revenue management and operations. Serves on the hotel leadership team and drives occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, profitability, and overall commercial performance.
