Leads high-volume, multi-state payroll operations for a multi-property hotel management company. Oversees biweekly payroll processing, payroll tax and wage compliance, reconciliations, W-2 and 1095 reporting, benefits-related payroll administration, audits, reporting, system configuration, hotel onboarding and offboarding, associate pay issue resolution, and process improvements. Partners with Finance, People Resources, property leaders, vendors, auditors, and regulatory agencies to maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready payroll operations.

The Sales Manager will lead revenue generation efforts, conduct market analysis, manage hotel sales strategies, and provide customer support to grow business and profitability.

Assist housekeeping by stocking linen and supplies, cleaning guest rooms and common areas (restrooms, pool, exercise areas), removing soiled linen and trash, sweeping/waxing/deep cleaning floors and carpets, cleaning windows and mirrors, reporting repairs, responding to guest requests, wearing proper uniform, and performing other assigned duties.

Manage multi-property, multi-brand relationships, align pricing and revenue strategies with leadership, monitor market and competitor activity, and perform regular local travel to support in-market sales and events within the Inland Empire.
