The Houseperson Staff is responsible for assisting in housekeeping tasks including cleaning guest rooms, maintaining public areas, responding to guest requests, and ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards.

The Chief Engineer will maintain hotel property standards, lead maintenance efforts, manage budgets, and ensure safety protocols are followed while developing team capabilities.

Assist housekeeping by stocking and transporting linen, cleaning guest rooms and public areas (restrooms, pool, exercise), removing trash, reporting repairs, and responding to guest requests while maintaining appearance standards and performing deep cleaning tasks.

Drive revenue and profitability across an assigned portfolio of up to five hotels through strategic prospecting, client visits, networking, and negotiation. Manage multi-property, multi-brand relationships, align pricing and revenue strategies with leadership, monitor market and competitor activity, and perform regular local travel to support in-market sales and events within the Inland Empire.

Assist housekeeping by stocking and transporting linens, cleaning guest rooms and common areas (restrooms, pool, fitness), removing trash, reporting repairs, maintaining cleanliness standards, responding to guest requests, and performing deep cleaning and floor care. Follow uniform and appearance standards and support guest satisfaction initiatives.

Lead all hotel sales efforts to drive revenue, market share, and profitability. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, prospect and close business across segments, analyze market and STR reports, partner with revenue management, manage RFPs and CRM activity, and collaborate with operations to ensure successful group execution.

Manage day-to-day front office, F&B, and housekeeping operations; ensure exceptional guest service; create department schedules; control costs and CPOR; monitor labor productivity; train staff; support sales and revenue generation; participate in MOD program as needed.

Perform housekeeping support duties including stocking linen, transporting soiled linen, cleaning restrooms, pool and exercise areas, trash removal, sweeping/waxing/deep cleaning floors, cleaning windows/mirrors, reporting maintenance needs, and responding to guest requests to maintain guest satisfaction.

The Sales Manager will lead revenue generation efforts, conduct market analysis, manage hotel sales strategies, and provide customer support to grow business and profitability.

Maintain uniform standards and complete other assigned duties to support guest satisfaction and property operations.
