Lead development and delivery of payments-related product features: write requirements and user stories, manage backlog and sprints, coordinate integrations, ensure operational and compliance readiness, support testing, releases, and maintain product documentation.

Serve as a trusted partner to charter operators and brokers by onboarding, training, and supporting users. Deliver product training, provide responsive Zendesk/email/chat/phone support, troubleshoot and escalate issues, participate in product feedback and testing, share on-call duties, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer adoption and success.

Act as the CEO's force-multiplier to drive strategic initiatives, lead cross-functional programs, establish operating cadence (OKRs, planning, dashboards), produce executive communications, and improve execution and accountability across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance while maintaining discretion on sensitive matters.
