Own PHP runtime and dependency lifecycle, improve test confidence and observability for background work, refactor monolith architecture, and build shared TypeScript platform services on GCP. Lead Turno's data and AI strategy and execution: own data pipelines (BigQuery/DBT), analytics (Segment/Mixpanel, Looker), deliver executive reporting and self-serve analytics, partner on product and marketing analytics, build AI/ML readiness (embeddings, vector/feature stores), and manage a growing data team as a player-coach.

Senior individual contributor responsible for product and marketplace analytics, designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments, building dashboards and automated reports, validating instrumentation, and translating findings into executive-facing recommendations to drive growth and marketplace liquidity.

Build and maintain high-quality web and mobile interfaces using TypeScript and Next.js. Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect code. Follow Clean Architecture, use design systems and Storybook, engage AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery, own features end-to-end, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.

Own end-to-end delivery of web platform features across TypeScript/React/Next.js and PHP/Laravel. Build scalable APIs, integrations, data models, and customer-facing experiences while applying Clean Architecture. Support production operations, testing, observability, documentation, and developer tooling. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, using AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery. The role requires strong English communication and full-stack production ownership.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Turno’s core marketplace platform, including scheduling, job completion, quality verification, and payments. Conduct discovery with hosts and cleaners, balance supply and demand, define KPIs, build Looker dashboards, guide API-first platform modernization, and deliver AI-enabled workflows. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and leadership while leading engagement platform initiatives, legacy migrations, UX redesigns, and continuous product improvement.
