Own host activation, retention, and outbound growth across Europe. Onboard and coach new hosts to first project, manage and grow a portfolio of European clients, run business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and generate pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and demos. Maintain CRM records in HubSpot.

Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing features across TypeScript/Next.js and Laravel/PHP. Design and maintain scalable APIs and data models, work with SQL and NoSQL, apply Clean Architecture, use AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery, collaborate with product and design, and improve reliability through testing, observability, and operational best practices.

Partner with Product and Growth to define product metrics and funnels, analyze cohorts and retention, run and interpret A/B tests, build Looker and Mixpanel dashboards, write SQL in BigQuery, improve data models with dbt, and enhance tracking and data quality to drive product and growth decisions.

Lead Turno's data and AI strategy and execution: own data pipelines (BigQuery/DBT), analytics (Segment/Mixpanel, Looker), deliver executive reporting and self-serve analytics, partner on product and marketing analytics, build AI/ML readiness (embeddings, vector/feature stores), and manage a growing data team as a player-coach.

Own PHP runtime and dependency lifecycle, improve test confidence and observability for background work, refactor monolith architecture, and build shared TypeScript platform services on GCP. Design event-driven pipelines, contribute to CI/CD and GitOps, create templates and SDKs, and collaborate across teams to standardize integrations and reliability patterns.

Lead full-stack development using PHP/Laravel and JavaScript/TypeScript, design scalable architectures, own feature delivery across the SDLC, use AI coding assistants, collaborate with product and design, and maintain APIs and deployment workflows.

Build and maintain high-quality web and mobile interfaces using TypeScript and Next.js. Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect code. Follow Clean Architecture, use design systems and Storybook, engage AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery, own features end-to-end, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
