Own end-to-end delivery of web platform features across TypeScript/React/Next.js and PHP/Laravel. Build scalable APIs, integrations, data models, and customer-facing experiences while applying Clean Architecture. Own PHP runtime and dependency lifecycle, improve test confidence and observability for background work, refactor monolith architecture, and build shared TypeScript platform services on GCP. Design event-driven pipelines, contribute to CI/CD and GitOps, create templates and SDKs, and collaborate across teams to standardize integrations and reliability patterns.

Build and scale high-performance iOS and Android apps with Expo/React Native. Implement native integrations, smooth UIs and animations, automated tests, performance fixes, and collaborate with backend, design, and product teams using AI-assisted workflows.

Own host activation, retention, and outbound growth across Europe. Onboard and coach new hosts to first project, manage and grow a portfolio of European clients, run business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and generate pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and demos. Maintain CRM records in HubSpot.

Build and maintain high-quality web and mobile interfaces using TypeScript and Next.js. Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect code. Follow Clean Architecture, use design systems and Storybook, engage AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery, own features end-to-end, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.

Senior individual contributor responsible for product and marketplace analytics, designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments, building dashboards and automated reports, validating instrumentation, and translating findings into executive-facing recommendations to drive growth and marketplace liquidity.

Lead Turno's data and AI strategy and execution: own data pipelines (BigQuery/DBT), analytics (Segment/Mixpanel, Looker), deliver executive reporting and self-serve analytics, partner on product and marketing analytics, build AI/ML readiness (embeddings, vector/feature stores), and manage a growing data team as a player-coach.
