Own host activation, retention, and outbound growth across Europe. Onboard and coach new hosts to first project, manage and grow a portfolio of European clients, run business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and generate pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and demos. Maintain CRM records in HubSpot.

Partner with Product and Growth to define product metrics and funnels, analyze cohorts and retention, run and interpret A/B tests, build Looker and Mixpanel dashboards, write SQL in BigQuery, improve data models with dbt, and enhance tracking and data quality to drive product and growth decisions.

Lead Turno's data and AI strategy and execution: own data pipelines (BigQuery/DBT), analytics (Segment/Mixpanel, Looker), deliver executive reporting and self-serve analytics, partner on product and marketing analytics, build AI/ML readiness (embeddings, vector/feature stores), and manage a growing data team as a player-coach.
