Lead Turno's data and AI strategy and execution: own data pipelines (BigQuery/DBT), analytics (Segment/Mixpanel, Looker), deliver executive reporting and self-serve analytics, partner on product and marketing analytics, build AI/ML readiness (embeddings, vector/feature stores), and manage a growing data team as a player-coach.

Own PHP runtime and dependency lifecycle, improve test confidence and observability for background work, refactor monolith architecture, and build shared TypeScript platform services on GCP. Design event-driven pipelines, contribute to CI/CD and GitOps, create templates and SDKs, and collaborate across teams to standardize integrations and reliability patterns.

Senior individual contributor responsible for product and marketplace analytics, designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments, building dashboards and automated reports, validating instrumentation, and translating findings into executive-facing recommendations to drive growth and marketplace liquidity.
