Leads daily fabrication shop-floor activities while performing hands-on welding, fitting, and equipment operation. Coordinates workflow, assigns tasks, supports production schedules, trains and mentors welders and fitters, and resolves operational issues. Inspects fabricated components for quality and drawing compliance, enforces safety and standard procedures, identifies process improvements, and coordinates preventive maintenance for machinery, cranes, and tools. Maintains maintenance records and communicates employee performance and training needs to management.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry, identify leads, create regional sales strategies, provide quotes and contracts, negotiate terms, coordinate order processing with internal teams, report account status, and support overall sales goals.

Assemble, install, and dismantle steel structures, conveyors, and processing equipment. Move and rig machinery, weld and fabricate parts, operate heavy equipment and man lifts, read blueprints, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate installations, and travel to project sites.

Lead start-up aggregate plant operations including safety, site and pit planning, quality control, maintenance, mine planning, regulatory compliance (MSHA, EPA), staffing and training, and community relations. Supervise 10-15 employees and ensure operational, financial, and environmental performance.
