Manage all aspects of a start-up aggregate plant including safety, site and pit planning, quality control, maintenance, personnel supervision, regulatory compliance (MSHA, EPA), and community relations. Lead and train a team of 10–15, oversee mine planning, operations, finances, and ensure adherence to company policies and environmental/safety programs.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry, identify leads, create regional sales strategies, provide quotes and contracts, negotiate terms, coordinate order processing with internal teams, report account status, and support overall sales goals.

Assemble, install, and dismantle steel structures, conveyors, and processing equipment. Move and rig machinery, weld and fabricate parts, operate heavy equipment and man lifts, read blueprints, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, coordinate installations, and travel to project sites.
