Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consultant responsible for leading workshops, gathering requirements, configuring and testing SuccessFactors modules, designing integrations and data migrations, troubleshooting, supporting go-live and hypercare, delivering training, and collaborating with distributed delivery teams to modernise HR and payroll processes using Turium AI.

Build and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications using React/React Native and Python backends. Design relational databases, ETL pipelines, and REST APIs. Integrate enterprise systems, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and collaborate with product, design, and AI teams.

The Finance Analyst will implement and optimize ERP finance processes, conduct financial analysis, collaborate on system integration, prepare management reports, and support digital transformation initiatives.
