Designs and executes manual and automated tests across functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Documents and tracks defects, maintains test plans and reports, validates APIs and databases, and collaborates with development and business teams. Participates in Agile ceremonies, reviews requirements, supports production issue analysis, and verifies software quality before deployment.

Lead the global go-to-market strategy and launch of a new AI product. Own positioning, messaging, campaigns, social media, content, PR, digital growth, and market coordination. Build pre-launch excitement and post-launch momentum while collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering. Track acquisition, engagement, and campaign performance across global markets.

Lead hands-on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations from fit-to-standard workshops through configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care. Configure functional areas, manage data migration and integrations, apply clean-core principles, and use SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, OData, Fiori, workflows, and extensibility tools. The role requires stakeholder management, troubleshooting, communication, SAP certification, immediate availability, and mandatory working hours from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST.
