Serve as primary front-desk contact for visitors, residents, and staff at a skilled nursing facility. Greet and register visitors, answer and route phone calls, manage mail and basic administrative tasks, maintain reception area and directories, assist residents and families, handle confidential information, and escalate complaints or issues as needed.

Provide administrative and operational support to finance and operations: process AP/AR, invoices, expense reports, maintain financial records, assist with reporting, reconciliations, compliance, process improvements, data management, and general administrative tasks.
