Supports students with disabilities across academic, social, and cultural activities for K–adult learners. Assists with individualized learning plans, instructional adaptations, accommodations, supervision, assessments, and data collection. Collaborates with instructors, therapists, support staff, schools, families, and community organizations while promoting inclusion, independence, confidence, and self-advocacy.

Coordinates educational, cultural, career-development, scholarship, and summer youth programs for students from seventh grade through adulthood. Provides career counseling, advocacy, progress-plan support, goal setting, recruitment, and coordination with schools, families, instructors, and community organizations. Develops enrichment activities and educational programs while supporting student achievement and maintaining safe, positive learning environments.

Administer and monitor employee benefit programs, process enrollments/changes/terminations, assist employees with benefits questions, maintain confidential records, perform audits, liaise with vendors, prepare enrollment materials and reports, support open enrollment and ACA-related tasks, and deliver benefits training.

Supports K–12 students by assisting with homework, IPP objectives, computer and library skills, supervising activities, organizing recreational programs and field trips, maintaining records, coordinating with schools and families, enforcing safety, and participating in training. May require tutoring across subjects and flexible hours.
