Administer and monitor employee benefit programs, process enrollments/changes/terminations, assist employees with benefits questions, maintain confidential records, perform audits, liaise with vendors, prepare enrollment materials and reports, support open enrollment and ACA-related tasks, and deliver benefits training.

Develops, implements, and evaluates family and youth wellness programs under TANF. Coordinates referrals and partnerships, supervises activities, writes proposals, manages program logistics, collects and analyzes data, represents the organization in the community, identifies high-risk youth, delivers trainings and prevention education, ensures compliance, and performs outreach and reporting.

Process and reconcile payroll, stipends, Per Capita Distributions, taxes, garnishments, and benefits; prepare filings (W-2, 1099, tax returns), maintain payroll procedures, and coordinate with HR, Tribal Benefits, and departments.
