Oversee daily administration of the Phoenix Rising juvenile program, supervise staff, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, perform assessments, provide therapeutic support and transportation, maintain confidential records, coordinate services with agencies and families, and ensure safe, trauma-informed program operations.

Provide executive-level leadership for daily and strategic operations across appraisal, title research, taxpayer services, and related departments. Oversee supervisors, set performance expectations, ensure statutory compliance with Oklahoma tax rules, manage process improvements, coordinate with HR/IT/Legal/Finance, support hearings and audits, and participate in strategic planning. Drive accountability, quality control, training, and operational consistency while managing staffing, workflows, and organizational performance.

Perform business personal property identification, field canvassing, appraisal, assessment entry and corrections for ad valorem tax purposes per Oklahoma statutes, OTC rules, and IAAO standards. Provide taxpayer assistance, prepare and support appeals, audit non-filers, and train coworkers. Work includes office and in-field duties and occasional after-hours work.

Supervise and perform maintenance and major repairs on county fleet vehicles, train and inspect subordinate work, manage inventory and vendor work, respond to emergencies, and maintain safety and documentation.

Perform manual and semiskilled maintenance of golf course turf and grounds: mow greens/tees/fairways, operate tractors and mowers, irrigate, prepare and repair turf areas, plant/trim shrubs, handle chemicals per labels, and perform other assigned duties.

Under supervision, operates light motorized equipment and performs manual road construction and maintenance: hauling materials, shoveling, flagging, raking hot asphalt, digging, vegetation control, trash removal, and minor equipment maintenance and repairs.

Perform road construction and maintenance tasks: operate light motorized equipment, haul materials, perform manual labor (shoveling, raking, flagging), pick up roadside debris, cut vegetation, and perform minor equipment maintenance and repairs under general supervision.

Provide high-level secretarial support to the Parks Director: greet visitors, manage phones and mail, schedule meetings, prepare and transcribe minutes, maintain files and calendars, perform internet research and office tasks, compose correspondence and reports, and coordinate facility work orders.

Perform manual and semiskilled turf and grounds maintenance on a golf course: mow greens, tees, fairways and rough; operate tractors and power equipment; irrigate using hose and sprinkler systems; prepare and repair turf areas, bunkers, and roadbeds; plant/trim/spray vegetation; follow chemical label instructions and safety procedures.

Provide front-line HR support: greet visitors, route inquiries, maintain employee records, assist with ATS/HRIS onboarding, enroll and manage LMS courses, support benefits and wellness programs, prepare reports and training materials, and perform general clerical HR duties.

Support juvenile justice staff through supervised internship activities: complete internship agreements, follow policies, engage respectfully with clients, work varied shifts, and contribute to a safe, treatment-oriented environment while meeting academic requirements.

Performs manual road construction and maintenance tasks: operates light motorized equipment, hauls materials, performs minor equipment repairs, flagging, shoveling, ditching, roadside vegetation control, and collects highway trash. Works under general supervision and follows safety and DOT testing requirements.
