Provides intensive daily supervision of juveniles in a community-based program. Maintains regular contact with youth, families, schools, probation counselors, and community resources; attends court hearings; prepares activity logs, petitions, and motions; recommends release, detention, or further legal action; and makes arrests when warranted. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, or a related field, more than two years of juvenile-related experience, and a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.

Coordinates safety, security, tool-control, restraint, inspection, training, incident-review, and regulatory-compliance activities at a juvenile detention facility. Conducts inquiries, prepares reports, maintains inspection and training records, supports safety meetings and committees, reviews policies, and ensures compliance with OSHA, health, fire, ACA, PREA, and state detention standards. Requires 24/7 on-call availability and the ability to respond to physical incidents and restrain detained residents.

Leads Tulsa County Development Services, overseeing planning, permitting, inspections, staff, budgets, policies, and departmental programs. Prepares planning documents and recommendations, manages zoning and development reviews, ensures code and regulatory compliance, coordinates intergovernmental projects, and represents the department before officials, boards, agencies, communities, developers, and the public. The role supervises professional staff, resolves complex issues, administers budgets, and provides strategic direction for county planning and development services.
