Teams at Tulsa County

Collects, validates, analyzes, and reports criminal case and grant data for the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office. Maintains structured and unstructured case information, tracks grant outcomes, identifies trends, prepares reports and presentations, and supports attorneys, investigators, law enforcement agencies, and grant officials with data-driven and intelligence-related insights. Handles sensitive information and maintains cross-reference files of criminal and case data.

Manages Tulsa County’s GIS and Mapping Services Department, including staff supervision, parcel-based mapping, case map production, GIS database integrity, data standards, quality control, workflow, licensing, vendors, budgets, and stakeholder coordination. Reviews legal descriptions and resolves complex mapping issues while ensuring accurate, timely GIS services for planning departments and member communities.
