Teams at Tulip

Leads and develops a team of Solutions Engineers while remaining hands-on with customer projects. Responsibilities include solution design, integrations, customer discovery, effort estimation, project risk management, delivery quality, staffing, recruiting, escalations, and AI-enabled delivery initiatives. The role partners with Sales and Professional Services, serves manufacturing and industrial customers, and requires travel up to 25%.

Partner with manufacturing customers to architect, configure, and deliver Tulip solutions; lead enterprise implementations, integrate OT/IT systems and devices, provide technical support, drive continuous improvement, and surface customer insights to Product and Engineering.

Lead customer-facing manufacturing solution architecture and implementations using Tulip. Partner with customers to configure, integrate, and deploy OT/IT systems (MES/ERP/device integration), manage enterprise projects, drive continuous improvement, provide technical support, and relay customer insights to Product and Engineering.
