The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for delivering sales revenues, managing the business development team, establishing strategies, and ensuring growth in customer relationships and revenue opportunities.

Supports internal and external marketing communications, event planning, vendor coordination, website and social media management, campaign analytics, SEO, promotional item ordering, and HubSpot workflow execution. The role also assists with marketing campaigns, content distribution, budgeting, and event implementation.

Leads operational excellence for freight brokerage teams, overseeing training, performance management, capacity, customer experience, carrier relationships, pricing alignment, and transaction quality. Uses data and technology to improve productivity, profitability, customer satisfaction, service continuity, and carrier performance. Partners with business development, pricing, capacity development, and senior leadership to onboard customers, resolve service failures, support growth, and identify new opportunities. Participates in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.

The Controller leads the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, compliance, and team development while optimizing processes and supporting leadership decisions.
