The role requires current truckload transportation experience, strategic selling, negotiation, competitive intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional customer travel to support new business, account growth, audits, conferences, and service escalations.

The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for delivering sales revenues, managing the business development team, establishing strategies, and ensuring growth in customer relationships and revenue opportunities.

Supports internal and external marketing communications, event planning, vendor coordination, website and social media management, campaign analytics, SEO, promotional item ordering, and HubSpot workflow execution. The role also assists with marketing campaigns, content distribution, budgeting, and event implementation.
