Fluent German, strong communication, observability expertise, and at least three years of relevant technical or sales engineering experience are required.

Build and lead Tsuga’s first US sales team, recruiting and onboarding enterprise account executives, defining the regional sales playbook, managing MEDDIC-based deals, generating pipeline, forecasting accurately, and developing executive relationships with technology leaders. The role targets engineering-led enterprises purchasing observability and infrastructure solutions, requiring collaboration with marketing, sales engineering, and executive leadership in an early-stage environment.

Build and ship critical backend and platform features across the full stack. Partner with Data Science to develop AI-agent systems that retrieve data, use APIs, and troubleshoot incidents. Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and Storage teams, work across customer and company cloud environments, and contribute to a fast-moving, customer-focused engineering culture.

Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS accounts, from prospecting and qualification through contract execution. Identify opportunities, exceed quotas, maintain forecasts, partner with technical field development engineers on demos and proofs of concept, and build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders. The role focuses on observability, DevOps, and infrastructure tooling, with travel for events and client meetings.

Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS accounts across the UK, from prospecting and qualification through contract execution. Use MEDDIC, build executive relationships, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, and partner with FDEs on technical demonstrations and proofs of concept. Focus on observability, DevOps, infrastructure, and application performance monitoring solutions while collaborating with marketing on messaging and lead generation. Travel to events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Build and lead Tsuga’s first UK enterprise sales team. Responsibilities include hiring and onboarding account executives, developing the regional sales playbook, managing MEDDIC-based enterprise sales processes, partnering on technical evaluations, generating pipeline, forecasting accurately, and building executive relationships. The role requires selling observability and infrastructure software to CTOs, infrastructure leaders, and CFOs in complex 3–9 month sales cycles.

Design, build, and operate distributed backend systems in Rust; develop scalable ingestion pipelines, optimize columnar storage on object storage at petabyte scale, and manage Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role also involves building automation for provisioning, monitoring, scaling, and maintaining managed customer clusters.

Build high-performance frontend interfaces for complex observability products, including data visualizations, dashboards, flow builders, design systems, and investigation tools. Develop with React and TypeScript, query and visualize massive datasets, optimize browser and application performance, and deploy pragmatic production code quickly. Collaborate within a six-person web team in a fast-growing startup environment.
