Identify, qualify, and close mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS opportunities across LATAM. Manage the full sales cycle, maintain forecasting and CRM pipeline accuracy, partner with field development engineers on technical demos and proofs of concept, collaborate with marketing, attend events, and build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders. The role focuses on observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and application performance monitoring solutions.

Own Tsuga’s product, infrastructure, and customer-facing security program as its first dedicated Security Engineer. Responsibilities include threat modeling, cloud and Kubernetes security, secure development practices, compliance automation for ISO 27001 and SOC 2, customer security reviews, incident communication, vulnerability management, and security process development. The role partners with engineers, customers, auditors, and leadership to raise the company’s security posture.

Lead technical pre-sales activities including discovery, demonstrations, solution design, proof-of-concepts, deal sizing, RFPs, and technical evaluations. Translate observability challenges into solutions involving logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and CI/CD. Partner closely with account executives, customers, and product teams while addressing technical issues during evaluations. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, cloud-native expertise, and the ability to build internal tooling.
