About Tsuga
Tsuga is a cloud-native observability company. We give enterprise infrastructure and IT teams data
sovereignty, predictable costs and open standards built on OpenTelemetry. We deliver Software and a
Service: our software and our expertise, running inside our customers' own cloud environments.

The role
You will be the marketing leader for your region: in effect, its CMO. You will understand the regional sales
goals, then build and run the programs that hit them, in support of our global company initiatives. Our
sales motion is top-down, executive-level and enterprise-led. Your job is to make that motion work in your
region, with marketing present in the room alongside sales.

This is a hands-on role. Success will be measured through Revenue. We track pipeline count and value
as leading indicators, and expect every program to earn its return. We are not running a mass
product-led growth motion. You will set the strategy and also do the work, from planning an executive
roundtable to carrying the flyers in.

As Tsuga grows, regional marketing will expand into specialist roles across campaigns, customers,
partners and events. You will be positioned to lead that team, having earned the right to build it by proving
what works.

What you will do
● Own the regional plan. Set the marketing mix across digital, third-party and in-person events to
deliver regional pipeline and revenue.
● Run targeted in-person programs. Design and deliver highly focused events and experiences
for executive buyers, side by side with sales.
● Find smarter ways to reach buyers. When only a fraction of a large conference is our audience,
reach those people without paying for the booth.
● Optimize relentlessly. Track what is performing and move effort to where it creates the most
opportunities.
● Market with partners. Build and run programs with regional partners alongside direct activity.
● Build customer relationships. Develop deep relationships with customers and turn them into
advocates.
● Prioritize and repeat. There will always be more to do than time allows; focus on what works and
make it repeatable.
● Build first, buy second. Use AI tools and skills to move fast, and creative agencies where they
add real value.
● Partner across the team. Work closely with regional sales, the other Regional Marketing Manager
and the central marketing team.

What you will bring
● A track record of building regional marketing strategies and executing them yourself.
● Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and IT buyers and how they buy.
● Experience supporting top-down, executive-level enterprise sales.
● A bias for action: you are more than a manager and you are not afraid of the work.
● Strong prioritization, ROI discipline and comfort with ambiguity.
● Confidence using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
● Willingness to travel regularly.

Nice to have
● Experience in the regional market you will cover.
● Background in observability, infrastructure or IT software.
● Partner or channel marketing experience.

Perks & benefits
● Meaningful equity
● $5,000 employee referral bonus
● Quarterly team offsite in France: the whole company, every quarter
● Paid time off in line with local entitlements
● Remote-friendly: many of our team work fully remotely, and those based near our Paris office join us there 3 days a week
● Unlimited snacks at the office

Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the interview process.

Working at Tsuga
● 🔥 We move fast. As an early-stage startup, we are pragmatic, we value ownership, and quick
feedback over unnecessary process and hierarchy.
● 🙏 We solve problems, not blame people. When something goes wrong, we fix it, learn from it, and
improve the system.
● ️ We are builders. We start everything from a blank page and we lean on your colleagues'
knowledge to move faster.
● 🙇 We are customer-obsessed. We dogfood Tsuga every day, so you care how the product is
actually used and want to contribute ideas.
● 💥 We lean hard on AI, but not blindly. Our problems are hard and can’t be AI-slopped away.
● 🌍 We're international from day one. Every quarter, the whole team meets at our French office to
align on company goals, celebrate wins, and connect with teammates from the US, UK, the Middle east, and across Europe.
