Maintain certification and apply payer-specific billing rules.

The HR Operations Coordinator manages onboarding processes, supports recruiting activities, maintains HRIS data integrity, and improves operational HR functions.

Lead operational performance and optimization of laboratory, imaging, and infusion ancillary services. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve access, throughput, quality, compliance, and patient experience across multi-site ambulatory settings. Oversee CLIA/ACR compliance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Investigate and respond to privacy incidents involving PHI/ePHI, maintain investigation records, support HIPAA policy development, conduct privacy risk assessments and walk-throughs, assist audits, deliver privacy training, advise on federal/state privacy laws, and represent the Privacy team on internal and external matters.
