Review physician documentation and enter accurate CPT, ICD-10, and modifier codes into the billing system. Perform charge reviews, ensure compliance with payer and regulatory guidelines, query physicians as needed, collaborate with reimbursement staff, and capture all billable activity. Maintain certification and apply payer-specific billing rules.

Lead clinical and surgical orthopedic service line with emphasis on joint replacement and outpatient programs. Build a Musculoskeletal Center of Excellence, standardize perioperative pathways, drive ASC strategy, enhance multidisciplinary coordination, monitor quality metrics, recruit and mentor surgeons, and expand access and value-based care.

Process and audit claims, verify patient eligibility and benefits, enter demographic and charge data, correct and resubmit denied claims, handle patient case resolution and payments, reconcile accounts, report billing issues and process improvements, and maintain HIPAA compliance to support revenue cycle success.

Provide medical dermatology care including diagnosis and treatment of skin, hair, and nail conditions; perform skin screenings, biopsies, non-invasive procedures; prescribe medications; monitor and adjust treatment plans; document care in EMR; educate patients and refer as needed.

Develop individualized treatment plans, interpret labs and imaging, provide longitudinal care, collaborate with primary care and specialists, use EMR for documentation, optionally perform thyroid ultrasound/FNA, and participate in quality improvement and program development.

Lead operational performance and optimization of laboratory, imaging, and infusion ancillary services. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve access, throughput, quality, compliance, and patient experience across multi-site ambulatory settings. Oversee CLIA/ACR compliance, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Investigate and respond to privacy incidents involving PHI/ePHI, maintain investigation records, support HIPAA policy development, conduct privacy risk assessments and walk-throughs, assist audits, deliver privacy training, advise on federal/state privacy laws, and represent the Privacy team on internal and external matters.

Process and review multi-frequency payrolls, validate timesheets and wage calculations, maintain payroll records, handle garnishments, support tax filings and year-end reporting, audit transactions, prepare payroll reports, and resolve employee payroll inquiries while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Supervise daily centralized referral authorization operations, lead and develop staff, ensure timely payer-compliant referral processing, monitor quality and productivity, support audits, and drive process improvements to enhance patient access.
