Leads full-cycle recruiting and develops talent acquisition strategies across clinical, operational, corporate, and leadership roles. Builds talent pipelines, advises hiring managers, manages candidate experience, tracks recruiting metrics, coordinates external recruiting partners, supports employment branding, ensures compliant hiring practices, and improves recruiting workflows. Provides recruiting guidance and reports to organizational leadership while maintaining accurate applicant records and supporting transitions through onboarding.

Owns the design, configuration, reporting, testing, maintenance, and governance of patient access contact center technology. Manages IVR and self-service workflows, queue routing, dashboards, call quality, vendor coordination, license optimization, incident escalation, and integrations. Partners with IT, infrastructure, carriers, and vendors to maintain reliable patient-facing voice operations, improve access performance, and support launches, changes, and disaster recovery requirements.
