Also contributes to engagement, wellness, culture-building, employee communications, and broader People initiatives while improving HR processes.

Lead business development and revenue growth for healthcare data, analytics, and technology solutions sold to hedge funds, private equity firms, venture capital investors, asset managers, investment banks, and other financial institutions. Own strategic accounts, prospecting, enterprise sales cycles, pipeline forecasting, executive relationships, solution selling, proposals, negotiations, and expansion opportunities. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for global employees across Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, accounts, access, VPN, Wi-Fi, conference rooms, and cloud PCs. Manage onboarding and offboarding, hardware inventory, shipping, incidents, service requests, documentation, escalations, and process improvements. Own platform capabilities (compute, orchestration, CI/CD, IaC, secrets, observability), optimize performance for high-volume data, support AuthN/AuthZ/CIAM, participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and on-call rotations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Partner with customers and internal teams to create clear, reusable enablement materials (notebooks, guides, decks) that help customers understand Truveta's EHR data model, export omni-modal data, and build analytics and ML workflows. Explain de-identification and privacy considerations, provide best-practice examples for cohorting and validation, reduce support friction, and improve adoption through proactive enablement strategies.

Develop, operate, and automate cloud-native infrastructure services on Azure using Kubernetes and open-source tools (Istio, Kong, Conductor). Improve observability, reliability, CI/CD, and platform tooling; participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and collaborate with product, security, and architecture teams.

Design, build, and operate secure, scalable cloud-native backend systems for unstructured data and AI workloads. Partner with platform, security, and ML teams to create microservices, APIs, and data pipelines, deploy large-scale ML models, and deliver self-service capabilities while prioritizing privacy, ethics, and reliability.

Lead design, build, deploy, and operate cloud-native infrastructure services on Azure. Build Kubernetes-based platforms, integrate open-source tools (service mesh, API gateway, workflow orchestration), drive automation, observability, incident response, and reliability.
