Leads the Platform Services engineering team in India, defining technical strategy and managing cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, backend services, identity and access management, CI/CD, observability, and developer tooling. The role combines hands-on architecture and technical leadership with people management, delivery oversight, platform reliability, cross-functional collaboration, hiring, and team development across globally distributed engineering organizations.

Supports HR operations and the employee lifecycle for Truveta’s India Development Center, including onboarding, employee records, HR queries, compliance, payroll coordination, and offboarding. Provides talent acquisition support through sourcing, interview coordination, candidate communication, ATS updates, offer coordination, and hiring reports. Also contributes to engagement, wellness, culture-building, employee communications, and broader People initiatives while improving HR processes.

10-week (minimum) software engineering internship in Greater Seattle, working on health-data and predictive AI projects. Interns write code using languages like Java, Python, .NET or C#, collaborate with engineering teams, manage time effectively, and present work. Hybrid role requiring several days per week onsite.
