Own major components of Truveta’s normalization platform, designing and scaling reliable, secure, cloud-native backend services. Build distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and multi-tenant services using modern cloud platforms. Balance privacy, security, and reliability while mentoring junior engineers, guiding workstreams, and evolving platform architecture for growing healthcare data volumes and sources.

Owns complex data platform programs from planning through launch and adoption, including data-source onboarding, pipelines, quality, governance, access, privacy, security, and compliance. Partners with engineering, product, data science, operations, and business teams to manage roadmaps, dependencies, risks, technical decisions, releases, and post-launch improvements. The role requires strong technical credibility, written communication, and influence without formal authority.

Principal Software Engineer responsible for defining architecture and technical strategy across large-scale healthcare data ingestion, processing, storage, serving, governance, and observability platforms. The role remains hands-on through critical designs, prototypes, code and design reviews, and production issue resolution. It also includes architecture governance, cross-team technical alignment, mentoring senior engineers, hiring and interview calibration, and influencing engineering and product leadership across geographies.
