Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, design integrations with POS/LOS and APIs alongside Product and Solutions Engineering, navigate complex buying committees, grow account adoption, and feed customer insights into the product roadmap.

Lead the Data Sources product roadmap for document parsing, fraud detection, and bank aggregation. Drive metrics (parse accuracy, fraud catch rate, connection success, SLAs), write specs, engage clients, mentor PMs/engineers, and represent the platform externally. Prioritize document types, extraction models, reliability, and scalability to improve conversion, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across mortgage, tenant screening, and government use cases.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for government accounts post-sale: lead onboarding, design and integration, execute technical account plans, deliver training, monitor usage/health, drive adoption and advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering.

The Lead Product Manager will optimize lending products by collaborating across teams to enhance verification processes and improve borrower experiences, focusing on execution and data-driven decision making.

The Senior Software Engineer will build integrations with external APIs, optimize code performance, and maintain testing protocols. A focus on backend development is essential.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will architect and scale AWS infrastructure, build observability and alerting platforms, manage CI/CD pipelines, and enhance compliance, while driving improvements and fostering collaboration across teams.
