Supports members with financial transactions and inquiries while assisting Member Service staff and departmental management. Responsibilities include employee training, coaching, scheduling, reporting, compliance training, special projects, process education, cross-selling, and daily member service. The role also administers Ascensus and maintains confidentiality while following credit union, BSA, OFAC, AML, and identity-theft compliance requirements.

Solicit and originate mortgage loans by building relationships with realtors, community partners, and members; recommend products, take applications, ensure NMLS registration and compliance, and coordinate processing to close loans.

Proactively generate and manage mortgage business by recommending loan products, taking applications, building referral relationships with realtors and community partners, ensuring compliance (including annual NMLS registration), and coordinating with mortgage operations to process and close loans.

Lead design and development of web and commercial software using Spring MVC, ReactJS and multiple languages. Integrate AI/ML/NLP, manage full SDLC, ensure security and QA, maintain relational and NoSQL databases, author specifications, and provide enterprise deployment leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Process and maintain payroll and time systems, reconcile and transmit payroll, support onboarding and recruiting, prepare People Development reports and merit/ICP spreadsheets, coordinate ADP and BalancedComp data, assist with compliance (HIPAA, BSA/AML) and employee communications.

Process and verify mortgage loan files: data entry, document collection and verification, order appraisals/title work, prepare TRID disclosures, monitor escrow and construction draws, and support mortgage team communication and compliance.
