Handles incoming/outgoing mail, packages, records and supplies; performs pickups/deliveries to local branches; maintains postage accounts, shipping records, and stored records; supports meeting room setup, shred/bin management, supply orders, vehicle inspections, and compliance/confidentiality requirements.

Process and verify mortgage loan files: data entry, document collection and verification, order appraisals/title work, prepare TRID disclosures, monitor escrow and construction draws, and support mortgage team communication and compliance.

Build and maintain data pipelines and AI-enabled workflows using Python, SQL, and LLM frameworks. Implement vector search, embeddings, RAG, and prompt engineering to automate data classification, extraction, and reporting. Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and regulatory adherence.

Manage and oversee safe deposit box operations, ensuring security, confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Assist members with box access, billing, recordkeeping, inventory, reporting, and related member service. Perform related teller/support tasks, train staff, process mail, and complete required compliance training.
