Provides strategic and operational leadership for core banking platforms, enterprise applications, automation, workflow, contact center, omnichannel communications, and responsible AI adoption. Leads application staff, technology roadmaps, projects, vendors, governance, security, reliability, incident resolution, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement. Partners with business, risk, security, compliance, and legal teams to deliver secure, stable, efficient technology solutions and improve member and employee experiences.

Supports members with financial transactions and inquiries while assisting Member Service staff and departmental management. Responsibilities include employee training, coaching, scheduling, reporting, compliance training, special projects, process education, cross-selling, and daily member service. The role also administers Ascensus and maintains confidentiality while following credit union, BSA, OFAC, AML, and identity-theft compliance requirements.

Proactively generate and manage mortgage business by recommending loan products, taking applications, building referral relationships with realtors and community partners, ensuring compliance (including annual NMLS registration), and coordinating with mortgage operations to process and close loans.
