Responsibilities include working with motors, control boards, wiring, sensors, power components, EMC testing, electrical schematics, CAD-based cable and wiring designs, test fixtures, and validation equipment. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and product development teams to resolve technical issues and improve product safety, reliability, and performance.

Provide timely customer, dealer, and service-partner support by phone and email. Document cases, process parts orders, provide shipping and warranty assistance, troubleshoot fitness equipment, monitor service tickets, and escalate complex issues. Collaborate with logistics, sales, and technical teams while communicating recurring problems and supporting productivity goals.
