Teams at TRUE Fitness Technology, Inc.

Develops new and existing fitness products through 3D and 2D CAD modeling, technical documentation, machine and linkage design, project scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination. Leads project reviews and supports multiple concurrent product development initiatives. The role requires collaboration with marketing, sales, technology, service, quality, testing, warehouse, overseas partners, and industrial design, with domestic and international travel of up to 15%.

Responds to customer, dealer, and service partner inquiries by phone and email; documents cases in a CSRM system; assists with parts orders, shipping updates, warranty registration, and basic fitness equipment troubleshooting. Collaborates with logistics, sales, and technical support teams, monitors service tickets, escalates complex issues, and communicates recurring problems for process improvement.

Product Analyst I will test, validate, maintain, and improve software, embedded, electrical, and online platforms supporting fitness equipment. Responsibilities include creating and executing functional, regression, integration, and performance tests; automating test cases; tracking defects; analyzing results; collaborating with development teams; and participating in Agile ceremonies. The role also supports troubleshooting and platform improvements across multiple vendors and console generations, with infrequent domestic travel as needed.
