Serve as the face of headquarters: manage front desk, welcome visitors, coordinate meetings, events, and onboarding, support HR administration, internal communications, vendors, and office operations to foster a positive employee experience.

Manage account order entry and customer relationships while performing daily outbound cold calls to generate and qualify new business, upsell existing accounts, and meet revenue and call targets. Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate pricing, shipments, and record keeping.
