Provide timely customer, dealer, and service-partner support by phone and email. Document cases, process parts orders, provide shipping and warranty assistance, troubleshoot fitness equipment, monitor service tickets, and escalate complex issues. Collaborate with logistics, sales, and technical teams while communicating recurring problems and supporting productivity goals.

Designs, tests, troubleshoots, and improves electrical and electronic systems for fitness equipment. Responsibilities include working with motors, control boards, wiring, sensors, power components, EMC testing, schematics, CAD-based cable and wiring designs, test fixtures, validation, and engineering documentation. The role collaborates with product development, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers while providing technical support and project updates. Infrequent domestic and international travel is required.

Support full employee lifecycle with emphasis on recruiting, candidate experience, and new-hire onboarding. Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, background checks, and offers. Maintain HRIS and employee records, assist benefits and payroll administration, support compliance and HR reporting, and help drive employee engagement and HR projects.
