Supervise Pharmacy Support Specialists by providing operational guidance, coaching, performance management, training, and escalated case resolution. Oversee attendance, timecards, PTO, workflow coverage, prior authorization and appeals administration, and quality metrics. Develop training materials, support recruitment, troubleshoot PBM and CRM systems, coordinate with clinical pharmacy teams, and contribute to special projects and product expansion initiatives.

Lead and manage the company's Salesforce implementation: design scalable solutions, implement integrations with databases and apps, troubleshoot and resolve issues, enforce change control, manage security and user access, create reports/dashboards, maintain documentation, and support occasional off-hours work.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of TruCardRx for new clients, managing project planning, risk mitigation, vendor coordination, configuration, QA, training, and client communications to ensure successful go-live and product adoption.
