Serve as strategic legal advisor to the CEO and senior management, overseeing corporate legal functions, contract lifecycle management, compliance strategy, governance, risk management, insurance, external counsel, legal policies, and employee training. Provide guidance on contracts, employment, intellectual property, healthcare regulations, cybersecurity, data privacy, litigation, and PBM regulations while conducting legal research and supporting practical, business-oriented decisions.

The Pharmacy Support Specialist will assist the Customer Service and Pharmacy team with inbound concerns, administrative tasks for prior authorization, and support clinical team reviews and calls, while managing additional projects.

Supports finance operations through accounts payable and receivable, payroll and tax administration, general ledger maintenance, transaction posting, vendor and client setup, commission tracking, corporate renewals, employee records, compliance reporting, and monthly financial reporting in QuickBooks. The role also assists with onboarding, budgeting, benefits reporting, and maintaining accurate financial and corporate records.
