Mounts printing plates onto cylinders and sleeves, operates and maintains a DuPont plate mounter, proofs completed work, and stages anilox rollers and cylinders for press teams. Maintains plate-room equipment, inventory, storage systems, and production materials. Performs cleaning, inspection, wrapping, and equipment care while following safety procedures. Requires use of hoists and hand tools, physical handling of materials over 50 pounds, and repetitive walking, bending, stooping, and climbing.

Support press operations across 2nd or 3rd shifts: perform changeovers, monitor product quality, maintain records, carry out preventative maintenance, train assistants, keep work area safe and organized, and follow all safety and production protocols.

Responsible for setting up and running multiple CNC machines, inspecting parts for quality, and troubleshooting basic issues in a regulated environment.

The CNC Machinist is responsible for running multiple CNC machines, inspecting parts, and supporting the production of high-precision medical device components in a regulated environment.

Develop CNC programs and machining processes, setup machines, and lead machinists while ensuring quality and efficiency in production.
