Manage post-sale customer success for APAC B2B clients, leading onboarding and implementation, coordinating project delivery, resolving escalations, and serving as the customer advocate. Monitor KPIs, prepare business reviews, analyze performance data, demonstrate ROI, and provide insights for product planning and client growth. The role requires collaboration with account managers, technical teams, product teams, and regional stakeholders while supporting customers through ongoing service delivery.

Own the operational performance and product delivery of a flight-content portfolio. Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, KPI monitoring, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, requirements definition, acceptance criteria, and coordination with engineering, QA, architects, airlines, and consolidators. Drive system stability, integration quality, performance, and continuous improvement while balancing production support, feature development, and technical priorities.

Own and evolve Tripstack’s Virtual Interlining product by supporting the roadmap, managing the backlog, translating business and technical requirements into user stories, and coordinating Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and external partners. Analyze markets, competitors, KPIs, platform performance, risks, and dependencies. Support experimentation and A/B testing while improving scalability, stability, operational efficiency, and long-term product vision.

Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, HR inquiries, and employment compliance for teams in Canada and Poland. Execute accurate payroll cycles, remittances, reconciliations, year-end filings, terminations, audits, and payroll improvements. Support office management, inventory, staff lunches, and social events while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a positive employee experience.

Design, operate, and maintain high-volume search and booking backend services with strict latency and availability targets. Make architectural trade-offs, debug production end-to-end (including third-party airline APIs), run on-call incident response, conduct deep design and code reviews, and help build internal platform and AI-assisted development tooling.

Lead C#/.NET Core development to build scalable, low-latency, fault-tolerant systems. Design, ship, and review high-quality APIs, troubleshoot production issues, guide the team, perform on-call support, and drive requirements and testing practices.

Lead design and implementation of scalable, low-latency C#/.NET Core services; build and test resilient systems; craft APIs; mentor teammates; participate in on-call rotation and CI/CD automation.

Plan and execute a zero-downtime migration of stateful data systems (Druid, Spark, Redpanda, Airflow, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch) from bare-metal VMs to Kubernetes on OpenStack. Codify infrastructure as code, implement safe StatefulSet/PVC and upgrade patterns, and own day-to-day operational health. Build observability, SLOs, runbooks, KPIs, and optimizations. Partner with SRE on hardware, networking, and Kubernetes fundamentals while owning data applications end-to-end.
