Lead vision, roadmap, and performance for Search and Cache products. Oversee product owners, align roadmap with strategy, define KPIs, collaborate with ML/Data teams, co-lead R&D and A/B testing, manage direct reports, and drive stakeholder relationships and product delivery.

Lead execution of the Content Stack roadmap, translating product goals into EPICs and user stories. Partner with Product, Engineering, SRE, Architecture, and Content teams to simplify provider integrations, ensure platform scalability, monitor KPIs, manage backlog and dependencies, and drive platform stability, performance, and operational improvements.

Lead a time‑bounded migration of stateful data systems (Druid, Spark, Redpanda, Airflow, Postgres, Elasticsearch) from bare‑metal VMs to Kubernetes on OpenStack. Codify infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm/Kustomize, GitOps), operate and tune production data clusters, build observability and SLOs, and own runbooks, KPIs, and incident response for the data platform.
