Leads a 7–10 person software engineering team building scalable, low-latency flight-content systems. Owns architecture, technical decisions, delivery, code quality, testing, monitoring, technical debt, and SDLC improvements. Mentors engineers, serves as scrum master, resolves ambiguity, promotes secure coding and responsible AI adoption, and collaborates with engineering leadership to translate business objectives into technical work. Provides second-level production on-call support.

Supports product owners and content acquisition operations by maintaining airline connections, troubleshooting incidents, monitoring KPIs, analyzing portfolio performance, and creating reports, dashboards, alerts, and documentation. Acts as the first point of contact for customer support tickets, supplying data for bug investigations and development needs while coordinating stakeholder communication and escalations.

Own the technical direction of Booking Engine services supporting pricing, availability, and booking at high scale. Design, develop, test, and maintain C#/.NET and gRPC-based systems; manage performance, reliability, releases, and incident response. Lead architecture and delivery across engineers, mentor team members, collaborate with product and engineering groups, and drive technical improvements. Participate in on-call support and help establish effective AI-assisted development practices.
