Lead end-to-end data science for Triple Whale's fintech products: build underwriting, risk, eligibility, and forecasting models; translate ecommerce signals into decisioning systems; deploy and govern production models; design measurement frameworks; and partner cross-functionally to operationalize financial products and scale responsibly.

Own enterprise eCommerce client relationships, drive program strategy, forecast revenue and renewals, enable product adoption and growth, analyze usage to manage risk, present to executives, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate customer needs into product requirements.

Lead assessment and improvement of Deal Desk, quote-to-cash, and commercial exception workflows. Partner cross-functionally to manage discounts, approvals, renewals, migrations, credits, billing exceptions, and tooling requirements. Build operating rules, training, reporting, and tooling specs to increase speed, visibility, and governance for sales and revenue teams.

Create motion graphics, edit and polish video content, and produce short-form social cutdowns. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate AI-driven product insights into on-brand, high-performing video. Occasionally shoot interviews/B-roll and iterate quickly on creative assets.

Own and build in-product growth surfaces to drive activation, adoption, and upgrades (upgrade modals, gating, onboarding, CTAs). Implement and maintain experimentation and feature-flagging infrastructure, instrument analytics, and build backend APIs for experiment config, tracking, and PQL logic. Mostly frontend (React) with some backend (Node.js/Python). Collaborate cross-functionally and use AI tools to accelerate development and integrate LLM capabilities into growth features.

Provide transactional legal support across commercial operations: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS and vendor contracts, manage NDAs and contract records, support data privacy compliance, maintain contract playbooks, respond to inbound legal requests, and assist with corporate governance and product-related legal matters as the legal function scales.

Enable ecommerce brands to adopt Moby by leading customer activation, translating goals into practical AI-driven workflows, coaching operators, building onboarding playbooks, and feeding product teams with customer feedback.

Build and maintain the Triple Whale mobile app focusing on performance and user experience, while collaborating on design and data streaming features.

Own, design, deploy, and support scalable backend and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes/GCP). Scale databases, build internal developer tooling, provide observability, and mentor other teams. Participate in weekend on-call rotations as primary escalation for production incidents and deliver safe hotfixes and mitigation.

Manage integrations at Triple Whale by defining data requirements, owning API specifications, ensuring data quality, and collaborating across teams for successful launches.

Lead end-to-end motion design and art direction across product marketing, social, and campaign work. Produce storyboards, animatics, and final animations (primarily After Effects), set visual/motion standards, mentor designers, ideate creative concepts, direct shoots, and manage external partners. Balance speed and quality while partnering cross-functionally to align motion with product and brand goals.
