The Director of Enterprise Data Platforms is responsible for overseeing data management staff, database systems, and data warehouse platforms, ensuring alignment of data initiatives with organizational strategy and performance standards.

Link members to community resources to address housing, transportation, food insecurity, employment, education, safety, and social isolation. Receive referrals, build stakeholder relationships, represent Trillium at regional/community events, collaborate with care teams and providers, and may present to boards or groups.

Lead enterprise financial strategy and oversee Finance and Medical Economics. Direct accounting, reporting, audits, budgeting, and financial operations. Partner with executive leadership on financial initiatives, analyze performance to guide decisions, monitor managed-care market trends, and develop finance leadership to ensure fiscal sustainability and compliance.

Manage and coordinate provider and member claim issues via phone, email, and ticketing. Research claims (denials, eligibility, remittance), update claim queues and logs, draft provider communications, track escalations, and recommend system or staff training updates to improve claims processing.

The Senior Claims Specialist analyzes and audits claims, assists providers, ensures compliance with billing guidelines, and trains agencies on claim submissions.

The In Reach Coach engages members in need of supportive housing and services, facilitating transitions and community integration while providing education and support about their rights and available resources.

The Claims Manager oversees accurate claims processing and analysis, collaborates with staff for issue resolution, and ensures compliance with procedures. They also train staff and interact with providers.

The IDD Monitoring Coordinator ensures compliance with HCBS requirements, monitors services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, and conducts assessments and communication to promote service satisfaction.

The In Reach Coach engages members with serious mental illness to provide education and support about community resources and facilitate their transition to supportive housing.
