Lead program technical efforts as the principal systems engineering authority: drive requirements, integration, verification, risk mitigation, engineering reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR), and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical space electronic systems on cost and schedule.

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Lead DevOps efforts for aerospace and defense programs: design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC, support Linux/Windows and Azure environments, manage DevOps toolchains, enable containerized and embedded deployments, collaborate across engineering, IT, and security teams, and drive modernization and Agile practices.

Lead mechanical design and analysis of spacecraft electronics assemblies using high-fidelity CAD and FEA. Produce fabrication drawings with GD&T, validate designs via structural and thermal analysis, support space environmental testing (vibration, TVAC, shock), manage schedules and technical risk, coordinate multidisciplinary integration, mentor team members, and maintain PDM/configuration management for flight hardware.

Lead and standardize accounting across multiple business units, ensuring GAAP, FAR, CAS compliance; manage audits, indirect cost submissions, cash forecasting, ERP/reporting systems, acquisition integration, and technical accounting for revenue, cost capitalization, and controls.

Design, implement, and test Python-based software for predictive maintenance and related projects. Work on data ingestion, storage, translation, sensor capture/transmission, API/database interfaces, and GUIs. Support packaging, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing demonstrations across Linux, Windows, and embedded environments.

Senior technical leader responsible for architecting and guiding embedded hardware for space and defense systems, covering requirements, high-speed mixed-signal PCB design, FPGA and microprocessor development, integration, test, peer reviews, customer/vendor interface, cost account management, and technology roadmap support.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain databases and backend services supporting production automation, manufacturing workflows, test systems, and product traceability. Lead execution of complex space electronics programs from development through production. Own cost, schedule, risk, IMS, resource planning, subcontractor performance, customer communication, financials, and mentor other program managers while partnering across engineering, supply chain, contracts, and finance.

Lead architecture and development of radiation‑mitigated embedded hardware for space/defense systems. Drive requirements, high‑speed mixed‑signal PCB design, FPGA and processor development, integration, testing, peer reviews, and customer/vendor technical engagement while supporting program execution and technology roadmaps.

Lead a software team delivering integrated aerial surveillance and sensor systems. Provide technical architecture and implementation oversight, mentor engineers, decompose requirements, coordinate cross-functional integration, and serve as Scrum Master to run Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and report status to program leadership.

Support production of space flight electromechanical assemblies by developing work instructions, driving defect reduction and root-cause analysis, recommending process and lean improvements, analyzing capacity/throughput, reviewing designs for manufacturability, supporting MRB/FRB dispositions, and interacting daily with technicians to ensure compliant, repeatable manufacturing.

Lead electrical design for space electronic systems across the full product lifecycle: requirements, schematic capture, analysis, simulation, prototype debug, testing, and production. Mentor junior engineers, perform design reviews, author documentation, and interface with customers and leadership. Focus on reliability, worst-case/FMECA analysis, and radiation-mitigated designs.

Design, implement, and verify complex high-speed FPGA solutions for space applications using Xilinx devices. Develop RTL in VHDL, write SystemVerilog testbenches, close timing, integrate IP (Vivado IP Integrator), and perform board bring-up and lab verification. Collaborate with hardware/software teams, document IP and top-level designs, and mentor junior engineers.
