Teams at Trident

Leads electrical engineering teams and provides technical direction across complex space and high-reliability electronics programs. Oversees board-level architecture, design, analysis, verification, reviews, lab debugging, and production support. Manages staffing, performance, resource allocation, schedules, quality processes, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with systems, FPGA, software, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program teams, while supporting proposals, customer reviews, and supplier engagements.

Architects, implements, verifies, and integrates high-performance FPGA networking solutions for space-based electronic systems. Designs Ethernet datapaths, packet switching fabrics, routing and queuing logic, protocol offload functions, and high-speed interfaces using AMD Xilinx technologies. Performs RTL coding, simulation, timing closure, board bring-up, system debugging, and documentation. Collaborates with hardware and software teams, supports laboratory validation, and mentors junior engineers serving DoD, intelligence, and civil space customers.

Supports cybersecurity engineering for internal research and development systems. Reviews architectures, protocols, data flows, vulnerabilities, and configurations; maps DoD and NIST controls; analyzes STIG and scan findings; coordinates remediation; validates hardening, access controls, patching, and encryption; develops security documentation and assists with testing, incident analysis, risk reporting, and customer authorization preparation.
