Lead program technical efforts as the principal systems engineering authority: drive requirements, integration, verification, risk mitigation, engineering reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR), and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical space electronic systems on cost and schedule.

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Partner with leaders to identify process improvements, define project scope, document current/future state, analyze operational data, track project progress, and support change management to sustain performance gains across the organization.

Lead execution of technically complex hardware development programs for space/defense customers, managing cost, schedule, risks, subcontractors, customer engagement, budgets, integrated schedules, and cross‑functional teams to meet contractual requirements.
