Perform AP/AR duties including posting vouchers in JD Edwards, weekly cashflow, account reconciliations, prepare payment reports, handle NEFT/RTGS/foreign remittances, TDS/TCS/GST filings, support audits and month-end activities, and liaise with banks and internal teams.

Support traders with execution of purchase/sales, manage shipping, customs, letters of credit, inventory and warehouse control, negotiate freight, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, and prepare logistics cost forecasts and reports for management.

Provide functional support and consulting for JD Edwards (Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance) including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, gap analysis, user training, and implementation of core modules (Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order Management, Transportation) with localization and project management responsibilities.

Source and execute profitable chemical commodity purchase and sale transactions by developing supplier and customer relationships, creating trading strategies, analyzing market supply/demand and pricing, setting team profit targets, and managing risk to maximize returns.

Support traders with execution of international commodity transactions, manage trade documentation (LCs, confirmations), track shipments, ensure customs compliance, coordinate logistics and freight negotiations, maintain inventory and banking/shipment files, and analyze logistics costs to optimize product movement and warehouse levels.

Sell polymers and related products in assigned region by achieving sales volume and profitability targets, tracking market trends, expanding customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, developing regional growth strategies, and executing profitable trading transactions with managed risk.

Execute profitable purchase and sale transactions in petrochemical commodities by developing supplier and customer relationships, creating trading strategies, analyzing market supply/demand and pricing, setting team profit targets, and closing trades while managing risk and performance.

Manage ex-tank and bulk styrene sales, develop and grow customer relationships, meet sales/collection targets, identify new markets, negotiate contracts, gather market intelligence, forecast and manage order flow, coordinate with operations, and travel extensively to visit customers.

Perform month-end close tasks including account reconciliations, variance analysis, journal entries, and assist with financial statement preparation. Support review of foreign statutory audits and collaborate with senior management, FP&A, risk, treasury, HR, external consultants, and commercial trading teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Manage import/export documentation, payments, and logistics for LATAM trades; maintain ERP data, ensure customs compliance, negotiate with 3PLs, and coordinate cross-regional operations to optimize costs and performance.

Drive sales and profitability of polymers in an assigned region by developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, monitoring market trends, and executing profitable trading transactions while supporting budget and growth strategy. Requires intensive travel and coordination with suppliers, ship owners/brokers, and internal stakeholders.

Produce timely market intelligence for petrochemical and polymer markets by aggregating data, performing supply/demand and margin analysis, creating reports/presentations, coordinating with trading and shipping teams, and supporting market research and implementation of the market intelligence function.

Manage post-shipment documentation, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, coordinate shipment tracking with global offices, submit documents to banks, monitor inward remittances and bank charges, follow up on outstanding payments and trade acceptances, and produce regular status reports.

Manage credit activities for assigned products/regions: assess new and existing business opportunities, analyze financial statements, request third-party reports, visit customers, monitor exposures, release orders, manage collections, liaise with traders/customers/banks, prepare exposure reports, and uphold internal credit policies.

Support traders in execution of international trade: prepare confirmations, manage Letters of Credit, track vessels, ensure customs compliance, control inventory and warehouse activities, negotiate freight, manage outsourced freight services, forecast logistics costs, and optimize product movement and stocking.

Acquire and execute profitable purchase and sale transactions for chemical commodities. Build supplier and customer relationships, analyze market supply/demand and pricing, develop trading strategies, set team profit targets, and close trades minimizing risk while maximizing return.

Manage operational execution for bulk liquid trades including reviewing purchase/sales/freight contracts and charterparties, coordinating inspections, letters of credit, customs and freight, ensuring timely invoicing/payment, updating trading system data, and liaising with brokers, suppliers, customers, credit and demurrage teams to mitigate operational and commercial risks.
