The Backend Developer will innovate and enhance features, continuously learn, and collaborate within a team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Lead brand ads and partnership strategies: develop media and marketing plans, leverage data and seller research to drive acquisition, retention and engagement, collaborate with CRM, Growth, Product and Marketing teams, measure product feature success, pitch partners via calls, and grow the Ads & Partnership business.

Execute AML/CFT and sanctions compliance programs including sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, SAR filing, KYC onboarding and ongoing due diligence. Identify non-compliance, maintain KYC records, liaise with local stakeholders, and support risk-based controls and compliance initiatives working with product and engineering teams.
