Leads an outbound merchant acquisition sales organization, owning acquisition targets, forecasts, pipeline discipline, conversion, and seller productivity. Coaches and performance-manages frontline sellers through call reviews, objection handling, negotiation, scripts, and experimentation. Partners with Sales Intelligence and Key Account Acquisition on lead quality, segmentation, campaign execution, and merchant handoffs. Diagnoses target gaps, implements corrective actions, and builds a commercially focused, high-performance sales culture.

The Backend Developer will innovate and enhance features, continuously learn, and collaborate within a team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Lead brand ads and partnership strategies: develop media and marketing plans, leverage data and seller research to drive acquisition, retention and engagement, collaborate with CRM, Growth, Product and Marketing teams, measure product feature success, pitch partners via calls, and grow the Ads & Partnership business.
