Lead inbound, delivery-type-switch, and grocery sales performance across targets, forecasts, conversion, productivity, merchant quality, and commercial economics. Manage and develop a large frontline sales organization, including supervisors and executives, while owning hiring, succession planning, performance management, and corrective actions. Partner with Operations, Finance, Product, Growth, and Transformation teams on campaigns, incentives, forecasts, and regional priorities. Represent Sales with senior stakeholders and merchants.

Leads an outbound merchant acquisition sales organization, owning acquisition targets, forecasts, pipeline discipline, conversion, and seller productivity. Coaches and performance-manages frontline sellers through call reviews, objection handling, negotiation, scripts, and experimentation. Partners with Sales Intelligence and Key Account Acquisition on lead quality, segmentation, campaign execution, and merchant handoffs. Diagnoses target gaps, implements corrective actions, and builds a commercially focused, high-performance sales culture.
