YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

First point of contact for couriers in the region
Onboard couriers for Trendyol Go

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

University degree preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in startups, strategy development, operations and related verticals
Strong communication skills to manage internal and external (couriers, 3rd parties, etc.) stakeholders
Being proactive and having autonomous problem solving capabilities
Excel knowledge and data interpretation skills,
This position includes specialist and senior specialist roles.
