Lead support for sourcing, structuring, pricing, and negotiating offtake products for development and operational solar-plus-storage assets. Coordinate RFP/RFI responses, pricing analysis, and marketing materials; review PPAs and hedge documents; perform financial modeling, revenue forecasts, and scenario analysis; monitor ISO/RTO market and regulatory developments; support M&A, financing, and senior stakeholder presentations while collaborating across origination, development, finance, and engineering teams.

Lead investment diligence across solar and BESS projects: build and quality-control financial and tax-equity models, prepare FID and investment materials, manage due diligence and capital raising, evaluate regulatory, interconnection and market risks, support development/engineering/procurement, and mentor junior staff.

Lead enterprise risk management, insurance program, and counterparty credit oversight for utility-scale solar and battery projects. Build credit frameworks, negotiate credit support, advise on contractual and transaction risk, manage insurance placement and claims, monitor catastrophe exposure, and develop enterprise risk governance. Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Investments, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Asset Management to design scalable processes, support financings and M&A, and provide decision-useful risk analysis to senior leadership.

Lead corporate accounting for a utility-scale clean energy platform, overseeing financial reporting, technical accounting, audits, internal controls, ERP and reporting integrations, and accounting support for project lifecycle events. Manage and develop the corporate accounting team, partner with finance functions and external auditors, and design scalable processes and documentation for accurate consolidated financials and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
