Oversee corporate and project-level accounting, including month-end and quarter-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger integrity, intercompany transactions, and variance analysis. Partner with finance, FP&A, tax, and project finance teams while supporting accounting for renewable energy development, construction, and operating activities.

Leads technical accounting, audited and interim financial reporting across multiple entities, external audit coordination, U.S. GAAP research, accounting memo preparation, policy compliance, and internal control implementation. Partners with Finance, Tax, FP&A, and Project Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, improve processes, and maintain audit readiness in a complex energy and infrastructure environment.

Supports daily accounting operations in a complex, multi-entity renewable energy environment. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, assisting with monthly close and accounts payable, performing reconciliations, investigating variances, tracking project transactions, maintaining audit documentation, preparing schedules, and supporting internal controls. The role partners with FP&A, tax, treasury, compliance, and project finance teams while contributing to process improvement and standardization.

Lead corporate origination and outreach for utility-scale renewable energy and battery storage assets. Build and maintain national and regional corporate counterparty relationships, support offtake product and strategy development, and provide market intelligence on pricing, demand, and structuring. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic solutions. The role requires extensive renewable offtake origination experience, organized ISO/RTO market expertise, and travel of at least 50%.

Leads investment analysis for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects across development, financing, construction, and operations. Responsibilities include building and managing project financial models, preparing investment committee materials, coordinating legal, tax, engineering, and market due diligence, evaluating renewable energy tax incentives and regulatory risks, assessing interconnection and power market exposure, supporting capital raising, and mentoring junior professionals.

Lead project finance analysis and transaction execution for utility-scale solar and battery projects. Build and manage detailed financial models, evaluate financing and tax credit monetization structures, coordinate due diligence and closings, prepare marketing materials, procure and integrate third-party reports and contracts, support development/engineering on financing implications, and mentor junior team members.
